1. The word 'eVendor' in these terms and conditions refers to any dentist who has requested that AHSR promote their practice as being for sale.
2. The Word 'ePurchaser' refers to anyone or any company looking to purchase a practice.
3. With regards to practice sales AHSR acts as an advertising medium via its website only. We advise that valuations be done with the assistance of a qualified accountant specialising in practice valuations. We also advise that such valuations will provide information as to the value of the practice as a business and are not necessarily an indication of what the market will pay.
4. AHSR accepts no responsibility for any cost, damage or loss to the Purchaser arising from any behaviour, action or failure by the Vendor.
5. AHSR requests that all information provided to enable the promotion of a practice for sale be true and verifiable. However, AHSR will not be liable where misinformation is supplied and recommends that due diligence is carried out on any practice prior to purchase (due diligence is not a cheap procedure and AHSR recommends that a quote for it be requested from the Purchaser's accountant prior to its being conducted).
6. AHSR advises that a solicitor or professional broker be utilised to legally enable the passing of title in the practice from one party to another.
7. AHSR takes no responsibility for loss incurred due to errors in the wording of the advertisement,
8. By choosing to proceed through AHSR the Purchaser agrees to abide by AHSR's terms and conditions.
