The Practice is a long established Practice, located in Albany on the south coast of Western Australia. The area is undergoing growth in both industry and population at the moment. This includes both people seeking a “sea change” and those working in industries experiencing growth. The Practice is located in a custom built building that is 3 years old. The Principal’s surgery was equipped new when the Practice was built, the second surgery was equipped with a new chair/light etc in May 2005. The town has two orthodontists and a visiting orofacial maxilliary surgeon. GA facilities are available at the Albany Regional Hospital. The Principal is currently working 5 days per week plus one evening and is consistently fully booked around 4 weeks in advance. He would like to reduce his hours to 4 days plus an evening. Initially, the position is offered at 3 days per week but as the assistant increases his patient load, then the opportunity exists to increase to full time.
